Amara Worrell
Greetings to all who stumbled onto this site. My name is Amara Worrell and I am a college senior that is currently studying Communication Design in City Tech. Being in this major up until now, I have gradually learned and gained many skills in Communication Design, Illustration, Photography, Web Design, etc. Throughout the years, I have improved my skills in art. However, I have a passion for comic books, character designing, and game designing, so I have made a portfolio to present these passions of mine along with other personal works that I have worked on. Recently in 2021, I have recently graduated with an associates degree in applied science with honors. In addition, I have graduated with magna cum laude and membership in the NSCS as well. As of June 2022, I will be graduating with my bachelors degree with honors. Thank you and enjoy.

I created a website and learned basic coding such as JavaScript, Django, and Python. I even cooperated with a group of my peers to create a visual novel or game.

CHILDREN ARTS AND SCIENCE WORKSHOP (SYEP)
I was a youth counselor for P.S. 115 during my time in SYEP (Summer Youth Employment Program). I was responsible for taking care of children and cooperated with other teachers and assistants with the children.
